Ice Cream Cake ... with oreos

This was the most DELICIOUS most Amazing desert I have ever made!

You must try!

You will need:

1/2 cup Hot Fudge ice cream topping, warmed

1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip, Thawed

1 pkg (3.9oz) Chocolate Jello Instant Pudding

8 oreo Cookies

12 Vanilla Ice cream Sandwiches

Directions:

Pour Fudge topping into medium bowl

Whisk in 1 cup cool whip

add dry pudding mix

stir for about 2 minutes

chop up oreos ( I put them in a ziplock baggy and smashed them)

add copped cookies to the rest of mixture

Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches side by side on a 24" piece of foil

Top the sandwiches with 1/2 cool whip mixture that you mixed in bowl.

Repeat layers.

Top with last 4 sandwiches

Frost top and sides with remaining cool whip.

Bring up foil sides and wrap around Ice cream cake

Freeze for 2-4 hours or until firm
