My daughter wanted a new hair piece the other day from some of her new material she picked out.
I have been wanting to make some of these and I loved how they turned out.
1. Cut 3 sizes of circles
2. fold in half
3. add dot of glue and fold again
5. glue on piece of felt
6. continue to do that around and then go onto the middle layer
7.same with top layer
8.glue on clip
add center and fluff up the fabric.
All done!
Love it!
