Cake Balls

These are some of my favorite treats.

You take a box of cake mix.

Bake to instructions.

put in bowl.

mush and break it up then add 1/2 container of frosting and continue to mush together.

it feels gross but its the only way.

then roll into balls

I melted chocolate and dipped the end of the candy stick then put those in the balls to harden

before rolling the balls in chocolate.

the balls I rolled were too huge so they fell right off the stick because they were so heavy.

you need to make small 1 inch balls.

So I rolled them in melted chocolate anyways.

This was our birthday cake :)

We had Chocolate with chocolate frosting dipped in chocolate

chocolate with chocolate frosting dipped in vanilla

confetti cake with vanilla frosting dipped in vanilla

and confetti cake with vanilla frosting dipped in chocolate

they were a huge hit!
